Observations:
- In the State-To-State table, most of the numbers are concentrated on a diagonal line, meaning that most bills simply stayed in the same state. This really comes as no surprise, as this is what most Georgers see with their own bills. A few exceptions:
- California, Massachesetts, and Illinois seem to be "bill magnets" - most hits there came from out-of-state bills
- Alaska, Wyoming and Indiana seem to be the opposite - several hits on bills started there, but few stayed in-state
- Some hit rate stats:
- There are 258 bills with 1 hit, 71 with 2 hits, 21 with 3, and 4 with 4. Another way of looking at it...
- There are 354 bills with AT LEAST 1 hit. Of those, 96 have had at least 2 hits. From those, 25 have been hit a 3rd time, and 4 of those have gotten a 4th hit. As hit rate percentages (and remembering that 1,275 bills were entered):
- 27.76% of bills entered have been hit at least once
- 27.12% of 1-hit bills have been hit a 2nd time
- 26.04% of 2-hit bills have been hit a 3rd time
- 16% of 3-hit bills have been hit a 4th time
- Several participants' hit rates are much different from what might be expected - for example, Doomer ° in Vermont, with a 41+% WG hit rate, has "only" a 28% on his bills entered for this project. This shows the big difference due to bill marking (most Georgers already know that marking methods can make huge differences, so this is isn't anything new - just yet another "proof" of something widely known).
